• In the event of a dispute over results caused by data delays in live betting, the official scoresheet shall be final.

For cricket betting, ICC rules apply; for football, FIFA rules apply; and for all other sports, the regulations of the relevant international governing body shall be considered final.

7Prohibited Activities

• Abnormal winnings obtained through bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Using automated betting software or bots
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources
• Operating an account using another person's identity or payment details
• Attempting unauthorized access to any system on the platform

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy
